For Oro, Platino, and Diamante membership, you will need to document your Hohner, H. Jimenez, Jupiter, XO, Hercules, Mapex, and Sonor or other KHS America Inventory. Download this Alianza Académica Instrument Value Form (Excel format) to begin, then upload the completed Excel file as part of your membership submission.
